Dearest FedEx, UPS and Speedpost,

I doubt you are the same company here in little sunny Singapore yet you make the exact same mistake. You have made me doubt Amazon a few times because of your mistakes. I'll assume the mistakes were made by you because my Amazon packages all have the right addresses. You always claim to have the wrong address and therefore cannot carry out the delivery. If it was a one-off event, I wouldn't be typing this. All three companies have taken down my address wrongly on your systems. Why is that 5 so difficult to input? It's only ONE number yet you always mess up.

You then mention that Amazon provided the wrong address. Am I seeing things with my package? I seem to see an imaginary 5 there that shipping companies can't see. This little mistake has cost me a lot of grief. If you can't see the address ON the box and always refer to your little electronic devices to get the address, what is the point of having the address on the box? Furthermore, my phone number is listed but no, you decide not to call and just list the item as undelivered at best.

Another point, UPS customer service. I'm really sorry for myself that I didn't get your name. I called yesterday 3 August 2012 at 9.2x p.m. I asked where the delivery man was. You mentioned my address and I told you that the unit number was wrong.

CSO: Can we arrange for delivery tomorrow?
Me: It's been out for delivery the whole day!
CSO: Okay, he will come before 10 p.m.
Me: But he has the wrong address...?
CSO: Ya......

What do you mean 'Ya'???

And she said she'd call me back. Guess what? No, it's not even worth guessing because the answer's plain obvious.

So I called back at 9.45 p.m.

How long does it take to make a call back to the customer?
You tell me, I can't fathom the amount of effort it takes to pick up the phone and dial my number.

P.S: Only once was the address wrongly written BUT my phone number was there. Come on.
